History of the company

Aigües Sant Lluís S.L, was founded in 1995.

In 1995 Sant Lluís Town Hall awarded Aigues Sant Lluis the license to manage the Municipal water service in Sant Lluis.

In 1997 Sant Lluís Town Hall awarded them the license for maintenance and preservation of the local water network .

Nowadays, it is licensed to maintain the Municipal Water Services as well as the sanitation of Sant Lluís in the following places:

  1. Sant Lluís (urban centre).
  2. The hamlets of s’Ullastrar, Torret, Es Consell, Ses Barraques and Binifadet.
  3. The urbanizacions s’Algar, Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Son Remei, Son Ganxo, Cala Biniancolla, Torret de Baix, s’Atalaia, Binibeca Nou, Binibeca Vell, Binisafúller Platja and Cap den Font.
  4. Industrial Area and Services of Sant Lluís.

Between 1996 and 2003,The Balearic Institute of Sanitation awarded them the use and the maintenance of the sewage network stations, as well as improving in Menorca Area.

Between 2000 and 2002, The Balearic work headmaster Dept awarded them the maintenance of the sewage network station in the Military Base of San Isidro in Maó.

Nowadays and since 2001 The company takes part in managing of the pure water of the E.D.A.R. of Sant Lluís.
